Republic of the Philippines Department of Education | REGION IV-A CALABARZON 02 February 2023 Regional Memorandum No.65 s.2023 MONITORING OF THE DIVISION ROLLOUT OF MASTER TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2.0 (MTPDP 2.0) AND OTHER NEAP R-RECOGNIZED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS/COURSES To: Schools Division Superintendents - This Office, through the Human Resource Development Division - National Educators Academy of the Philippines in the Region (HRDD-NEAP R), will conduct monitoring of the Division Rollout of Master Teachers Professional Development Program 2.0 (MTPDP 2.0) and other NEAP R-recognized professional development (PD) programs/courses from February 6 to 11, 2023 at venues and modalities determined by the Schools Division Offices (SD0s). . The activity aims to: a. monitor the implementation of the recognized PD programs/courses in the SDOs; b. ensure that the standards and indicators indicated in the monitoring tool are achieved; and ¢. provide technical assistance to the Division Program Management Team on the effective implementation of the recognized PD programs/courses. . The Regional Monitoring Team is composed of Chief Education Supervisor, Education Program Supervisors, Senior Education Program Specialist, and Education Program Specialists from HRDD-NEAP R. The Regional monitors shalll be entitled to Compensatory Time Off (CTO) as per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered specifically for their participation on February 11, 2023 (Saturday). 6. Attached hereto are the List of Assigned Regional Monitors, their Terms of Reference, and the Monitoring Tool. 7. Travel expenses and other expenses of the Regional Monitors relative to the conduct of the said activity shall be charged against the Regional Fund subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations. 8.
