Technology and Livelihood Education 8

I. Description

Technology and Livelihood Education 8 equips the students with the knowledge
and skills in business operation on the areas of food service, home management,
clothing construction and cosmetology. Appropriate work and laboratory experiences
are provided to train them to become young entrepreneurs and responsible home
managers.

II. Objectives
A. Understand the basic principles of food processing and preservation.
B. Know and understand the fundamental principles of managing family
resources.
C. Acquire the fundamental skills in clothing construction.
D. Learn the basic principles and skills in cosmetology.
E. Develop desirable attitude towards work.
