    New Delhi, India — February 11, 2023 — GE T&D India Limited, reported on February 9, 2023 its unaudited
    financial results for the Third quarter ended December 2022.

    For the Third Quarter (1 October 2022 - 31 December 2022)


     Sales revenue was INR 7.8 billion down by 15.0%, compared to INR 9.1 billion in Quarter Ended (QE)
    Dec 21
     Operating Profit at INR 252.4 million (3.3%), against operating profit of INR 144.1 million (1.6%) in
    QE Dec 21
     Profit after tax at INR 47.4 million (0.6%), against net loss of INR 1.0 million (0.0%) in QE Dec 21
     Order bookings were INR 7.8 billion up by 52.8% compared to INR 5.1 billion in QE Dec 21

     Eighteen bays of 400 kV GIS with 3600 meters Gas Insulated Busbar for L&T at Thallayapalem in
    Andhra Pradesh
     Six bays of 220 kV GIS with 1200 meters Gas Insulated Busbar for Sterlite’s project for PGCIL at
    Vadodara Gujarat
     220 kV bay along with 220/34.5 KV, 50 MVA Transformer commissioned at NTPC Unchahar
