- There are reasons behind every person's changes. It could be from a toxic situation
affecting a person's mind and heart. Moreover, they are changing for the better because
they suffered enough, learned a lot, and were tired of the constantly occurring things. They
want to improve themselves and grow as a person. On the other hand, people are changing
for the worse might happen through the influence of others. When a person surrounds by
bad influencers, it might affect that person.
2. Your loved ones won’t stay beside you forever even if they really want to.
- Our loved ones would not stay forever with us. Part of growing up is meeting someone you
can be with until you both become gray and old, which is one reason why we will not stay
forever beside them. Everyone will encounter separation from their loved ones and build
their own family. Moreover, in this cruel world, all of us are temporary. We all have the
same ending, and that is death. Even if we want to stay beside each other forever, every
biotic component is momentary, a fact we cannot ignore.
3. Things you can control are limited even if you’ve tried your best.
- We can relate this to love; when someone has affection or admiration for someone, you
cannot force them to reciprocate your feelings for them, no matter how much effort you
try. Yes, you can have feelings for someone, and that is all right, but always remember that
we should know our limitations. We cannot push someone to love us back.
- Sometimes, we have that feeling of wanting to go back to old times when an innocent child
is just playing around and does not have problems to worry about. We wish that we could
freeze time and stay in that moment. Unfortunately, we cannot go back to old times, which
occurred in the past.
- So, people are becoming selfish even if they do not want to. Every individual has different
encounters in life. Yes, let us say being selfish is wrong for others, but it can be good for
others. A person will not be selfish if there is no reason for them to act one. For instance,
selfishness could be good when you want to take care of your emotional, mental, and
physical well-being away from your past toxic relationships or encounters. Sometimes
being “selfish” is not bad, and sometimes it is the right thing to do for your health and
well-being.
- All of us are trying to survive this harsh life. When it comes to school, we encounter many
challenges in different circumstances, which is how life makes living difficult. However,
these struggles are typical, and it is a part of the process of accomplishing something. The
achievements you attain are the one that makes life beautiful.
1. Acceptance is the key; you must face reality even if you don't like it.
- In our life, we cannot avoid the circumstances that cause us to feel defeated. Acceptance is
necessary for everyone because it helps us move away from everything we feel about our
loss and heal from it. It could also be the path for us to survive and continue living.
Regardless of what is happening, we should embrace reality, and life must go on.

We constantly face new challenges, whether at school, home, work, or just in life. Most of
the time, it can be hard to swallow our pride and seek help from others when we need help. Hence,
it is essential to understand your limits and know when you need help from someone. Sometimes,
it is not always you are good or have the ability to do different things, we still have weaknesses or
something that we cannot do. Thus, we all have limitations, but we are unaware of them. As an
individual and a student, I encountered my limitations in life. For instance, there are times in
school when I find myself able to do such things as maintaining excellent academic performance.
Somehow, there are also days when I find myself having difficulties. Wherein I am not able to
handle time pressures and multiple tasks. Furthermore, as an introvert, I struggle to interact with
others; I do not know how to socialize or approach someone. Having difficulty managing my
school-related tasks, inability to multi-task work and difficulty getting along with others are the
limitations that I encountered.
You can be different from the rest of the globe and still be fantastic, but you need to
understand what makes you different, and as you do that, you start knowing yourself better by
knowing your limitations. At times, our limitations may feel discouraging, but that is OKAY.
Knowing and respecting our limitations will only make us stronger than we ever knew we could
be. Our differences and even our limits make us unique.
