    Main machine consists of frame (including gear oil-box, water tank), shafts, gears, drawing

    capstans, dies; holder, leading drum, distributing capstans, drawing spray pipes.

    3-1. Gear: Helical gears made in 20CrMo, hardness reaches HRC55-58

    3-2. Drawing capstan: Groove surface coated with tungsten.

    3-3. Lubricating: Lubricating of gears and bearing in gear-box is immersing and splash type. As long

    as lubricant is enough, quality of lubricating can be guaranteed. Cooling of drawing capstans is

    immersing type; capstans and wire are immersed in lubricant to ensure sufficient cooling and

    lubricating. Cooling of drawing dies is spraying type.

    3-4. Bearing: Main bearing are 2 sets conical roller bearing sets, NSK.

    3-5. Drawing speed: drawing speed is adjustable during 300-800m/min, to adjust drawing speed

    according to inlet & outlet.

    4. Take-up: Coiler consists of frame, take-up motor, take-up capstan, accumulator and spool.

    5. Electric system: consists of main electric control cabinet, console and foot-inching switch.

    5-1. Frequency converter is used in speed governing control. Setting up the parameter of frequency

    converter to synchronize speed of wire drawing machine and take-up machine; take-up speed is

    changing according to chance of speed of main drawing machine.

    5-2. Foot-inching switch is attached on wire drawing machine and take-up machine.

    5-3. Inching switch and gang switch are attached on wire drawing machine and take-up machine.

    5-4. World-class brand electrical components.

    5-5. Take-up brake: electromagnetic or pneumatic brake.
