At some point you were the youngest person on earth and at some point you
will be the next person to die. Each day that passes draws you closer to your
grave. Death is inevitable.
2. Worrying is a waste of time. Good and bad things happen in life, you just
have to keep living and not stress over what you can't control..
3. Don't chase people. Work hard and be yourself. Under these two principles,
the right people will find their way into your life.
4. What comes easy won’t last long, and what lasts long won’t come easy.
5. You are what you have decided to be. *There are two kinds of people in life:
The ones that make things happen and the ones that watch things happen.*
6. Being single will save you a thousand times more stress than being in the
wrong relationship.
7. *You'll end up really disappointed if you think people will do for you as you
do for them. Not everyone has the same heart as you.*
8. Be happy with what you have, while working for what you want. Don't sit
back and take what comes your way, always go after what you want. *First
rule in life: If you never go after what you want, you'll never have it.*
9. *In life, Sometimes, the thing you most want, doesn't happen. And
sometimes, the thing you never expect to happen, does.*
10. *Sometimes you have to let go of something precious in order to get
something priceless.*
1. Your friends are more likely to have more friends than you do. Its called
the frienship paradox.
2. At the point you about to create a change you feel a pressure, a strong
one.
3. Life is layered up in stages which if well understood and assimilated,
'practically solves itself'.
4. Expect nothing from anyone.
5. Those you see as famous at certain things are most probably not the best
at those things but are Simply the best at being courageous enough in
taking steps and doing them. The actual best are always lagging behind in
this particular area which keeps them anonymous for a pretty long time.
Thats why we probably have the worst persons in the limelight almost
always. The reason is that they get a sense of purpose More easily than the
‘smarter folk' who wouldn't settle for less and for whom that sense comes to
by analysis and would always want to project his/her best self by aiming at
optimal pathways in his mind acting as ‘the infallible machine' while the
other guy, being ‘the human', does all possible ways available to his limited
intellect. The best strategy therefore, is to think deep like a strategist and act
it out like a super human optimizing time.
6. To maximize your profit from an open encounter such as a negotiation,
let it be known as clearly as possible what you represent so the other
person wouldn't need assuming it because if they successfully assume,
its always to their advantage to make you more subservient putting you
In a disadvantaged Position.
7. Optimization is the grand purpose of education. Show me a person whose
life is, to an extent, optimized, i can always beat my chest that thats an
educated person.
8. Life isn't fair. Take that as a given and start with whatever
shortcomings you've got.
9. Most People would rather take a path thats convenient than a path
thats economically viable.
10. There has to be a reason why we are stuck with those that take from us
and never gives to us. One of those is attention. The more attention they
take and never give, the more valuable it becomes hence, the more we
crave more of it. The reason ?, we are stuck because of expectations
and/of consistency. We expect from experience and generally a psyche
imbued in us by society to get back commensurately what we give out to
others and/or we are entitled to getting same. Secondly, we want to be
consistent and/or seen as such. Come to think of it, doesn't it seem
absurd to suddenly change What we've been doing for years? Common,
no one loves being proven wrong except a perfectly rational individual.
