Filling up the Registration Form

1) Please fill up the Registration Form in Capital Letters. 2) It is mandatory that the Parents should fill the Registration Form themselves. 3) Age criteria should be strictly adhered to. In any case, if the childs age does not match with the class he/she is seeking admission to, the management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form (Refer Age Criteria). 4) Attach one photocopy (Self attested by parents) of the childs Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Passport. Do not enclose Birth Certificate issued by Nursing Home / Hospital. 5) Paste latest passport size coloured photograph of the child on Registration Form. Also paste latest passport size coloured photographs of parents/guardian on Registration Form. 6) Registration does not imply admission, which is subject to the availability of seats.

The management reserves the right to change the school timing as well as location of classes as and when deemed necessary.

7) All applications must be complete and information mentioned in the Registration Form should be true. In case of any discrepancy with the facts, the management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form as well as the admission of the child. 8) The Registration Form duly filled-up and complete in all respect together-with Registration Fees of ` 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only should be submitted in person by both parents alongwith the child on the date and time intimated to the parents at the time of issue of the Registration Form.The parents/guardian are requested to bring Original Money Receipt (issued at the time of purchase of Registration Form) at the time of submission of Registration Form. 9) For admission to Nursery, LKG & UKG there are no tests or interviews.

Admission Procedure
a) The list of selected candidates will be put up on the notice board at the Administrative Office. b) Fee slip will be issued to parents / guardian of selected candidates against Money Receipt issued at the time of submission of Registration Form. c) The admission procedure will be intimated to the parents of the selected candidates along with fees slip. It is mandatory for both parents to be present to complete various admission formalities. d) Fees, once paid at the time of admission, are not refundable in any case except the caution money (refundable) in case of withdrawal. e) The management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters relating to admission.

School Transport
The School provides transport facilities but offers no guarantee that a seat in the School Vehicle will be available, when the vehicles are full to capacity / do not ply in the area of the residence. It will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians to drop/collect the child from the specified vehicle stop. Delhi Public School Ruby Park, Kolkata is, at present, running Euro II/III compliant vehicles for carrying its students who have opted for transport facility, covering Kolkata, Howrah and 24 Parganas. Vehicles are connected electronically to the control room through GPS tracking system installed in the buses. The vehicles are also equipped with first aid boxes. A Lady attendant accompanies the junior most students in the vehicle for their proper care.
