2. Describe the basic principles of the diet.
 Answer = Hacker's diet is to lose weight and hair through stress and poor nutrition.The
Hacker’s Diet says that the way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you’re burning each
day.A pound of fat contains about 3500 calories. Losing a pound of fat requires you to burn 3500
more calories than you eat.
3. Identify and explain any intended positive consequences.
 Answer = Hacker's diet is to lose weight and hair through stress and poor nutrition no
positive consequences this is just end your life if you follow this in this diet you have to take
stress and no nutritious food and your weight and hair will lose wow what type of diet is this.

4. Analyze the potential health risks.

 Answer = yes there is whole death risk in this if you follow this you will have to take
stress and then eventually you will get depressed and depression eventually lead to death.
you will die if you follow this.
5. Identify how this diet contrasts with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020.
 Answer = They both are very different in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-
2020 the ways are healthy and if we follow them they will not harm us but in the

Hacker's diet the ways will harm us in negative ways and are not healthy way s to achieve
our goal to lose weight.

 Answer = No I don't want to kill someone with this diet plan.

 Answer : These were the only resources that I came to found about The Hacker's diet and
one is Wikipedia that is not really the best because anyo ne can add information in it.The 3
one is reliable because of "gov" at the end that says that this is a valid and reliable source.
