    Minimum Operating Voltage)

    The minimum operating voltage, VDD,min can be related with SS as-

    60 mV

    From Equation (4), it is evident that if SS decreases, the VDD,min


    decreases, power consumption decreases.
    Therefore, for low-power operation of FET, SS must be decreased.
