This optional battery is for use when AC power is not readily available.
1. Unplug the S1 Pro and make sure the power is switched to Standby ( ). See Figure 1.
2. Turn S1 Pro upside down; unscrew two screws and remove bottom plate. See
Figure 2 and Figure 3.
3. Seat battery into designated holster so connector pins line up appropriately. See
Figure 4 and Figure 5.
CAUTION: Battery should easily slide into holster. Do NOT force battery into
holster. If battery is difficult to insert, rotate 180° before trying again.

Though the battery will always charge while your S1 Pro is connected to AC power, Quick
Charge enables you to charge your battery more quickly. To enable Quick Charge, place
the power switch into the downward position ( ) when not in use. See Figure 8.
