A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAGSAYSAY WATER SYSTEM ASS. INC. PRESIDENT


JUDITH SUMUGAT ANG TREASURER ANTONIO BERTE TO TRANSFER THE SIGNATURIES TO NEW
ELECTED PRESIDENT DANILO C. VILLAREJO AND TREASURER ROSALIE D. MAGDATO TO A
SAVING DEPOSIT IN THE NAME OF MAGSAYSAY WATER SYSTEM ASS. INC (MAWASA) OF
MAGSAYSAY, ANTIPAS, COTABATO. AT RURAL BANK OF DIGOS (RBD), ANTIPAS BRANCH.

Whereas; there is need to open a saving deposit in the name of Magsaysay Water System Ass. Inc.(MAWASA) to
set aside an amount for various purpose/s in the future;

Whereas; the primary objectives of this body is to secure and safeguard the money of the association;

Whereas; the MAWASA President Danilo C. Villarejo, MAWASA Treasurer Rosalie D. Magdato are hereby
designated as the signatures in the withdrawals of the money of the association;

Wherefore; findings its necessity the body on motion of MAWASA Auditor Elvie C. Sumugat duly seconded by the
body, be it;

Resolve, as it is hereby resolve to authorize as it is authorize the MAWASA President Danilo C. Villarejo,
MAWASA Treasurer Rosalie D. Magdato to open a savings deposit in the name of MAGSAYSAY WATER
SYSTEM ASS. INC (MAWASA) OF MAGSAYSAY, ANTIPAS, COTABATO designating 3 of them as
signatories in the withdrawals of the money of the association.
