3.) Abstraction: (IND2 & 3- Topic of voltage measurement evokes knowledge in numeracy)
a. The teacher will facilitate in the discussion of each possible faults and defects of audio power
amplifier and let the students name of some basic troubles that they will know
b. The teacher lets students identify the possible remedy or solution to each defects.
4.) Application: (IND5 & 6 - manage learners’ behavior through non-violent discipline while implementing
differentiated activities)
Activity: Think and Act Creatively!
Directions: The students will create a troubleshooting guide as their reference in repairing audio
power Amplifier in a creative way. The students will group themselves according to their interest.
The following activities are suggested:
1. Group 1: The Organizers (the students in this group will create a chart of a trouble shooting
guide in repairing an audio power amplifier)
2. Group 2: The Rappers (the students in this group will compose a jingle or a rap)
3. Group 3: The Reporters (the students in this group will present a radio or tv broadcast)

Their outputs will be scored based on the following criteria:

Content and Relevance to the Topic – 5 points
Creativity - 5 points
Cooperation - 5 points
Total = 15 points

C. Generalization
What are the step by step procedures in diagnosing the faults and defects of power audio
amplifier?
