    EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

    STATION BILL – G.C.O. P.P.


    ABANDON PLATFORM
    Continuous Sounding of General alarm System
    Personnel Station Assignments
    Person-in-charge: Primary evacuation route: In charge of evacuation of all
    Lead Operator until arrival of MUSTER POINT. persons safely. Insure everyone is
    Production 2 or Trainer 1 Secondary evacuation route: accounted for.
    Escape ways to the Boat Deck. Call boat and give instructions.
    Call emergency numbers.
    Second-in-charge: Primary evacuation route: Shut-in platform with ESD
    Operator or Assistant MUSTER POINT.
    Secondary evacuation route:
    Escape ways to the Boat Deck.
    All Others. Primary evacuation route: Assist as directed by person-in-
    MUSTER POINT. charge.
    Secondary evacuation route:
    Escape ways to the Boat Deck.

    FIRE BILL

    Continuous Sounding of General alarm System


    (Do not activate ESD during a drill)

    Personnel Station Assignments


    Person-in-charge: At fire scene. Direct fire fighting operations. Notify standby
    Lead Operator until arrival of boat and nearest Company offshore location
    Production 2, Production 4 or Notify Production 1.
    Trainer 1.
    Second-in-charge: ESD station Active platform ESD.
    Operator or Assistant Fire pump Start fire pump, proceed to fire scene and
    assist as directed.
    All other Company personnel. At fire scene. Assist fire fighting operations as directed.
    Service personnel and visitors. Near fire scene. Standby near fire scene to assist if needed.
     All personnel not active in fire fighting operation should standby near fire scene to assist fire fighting or to administer first
    aid if needed.
    MAN OVERBOARD BILL
    Continuous Sounding of General alarm System
    Person discovering man overboard will immediately call out “MAN OVERBOARD”.
    Throw him a life ring and release life nearest man overboard
    Person-in-charge:
    Lead Operator until arrival of Production 2, Production 4 or Maintenance 1. He will call boat and sound
    alarm.
    Remarks
    Person overboard should: Personnel on platform should:
    If possible, get him to the platform where there is a 1. Keep him in sight.
    ladder down to water level. If not possible: 2. Assist in directing boat.
    1. Keep calm
    2. Remove restrictive clothing or shoes
    3. Stay from boat wheel.
