FOLLOWS: QUICK RESPOND FUND (RELIEF AND RECOVERY) – PHP 352,187.19; AND
PURCHASE OF RESCUE AND LIFE SAVING SUPPLIES AND/OR EQUIPMENT – PHP 821,770.11,
FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND THIRTY CENTAVOS (PHP 1,173,957.30).

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustaliñ o and duly seconded by all members of
the body, be it;

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to concur and approve the Barangay Disaster
Risk Reduction Management Fund (BDRRMF) Investment Plan for 2022 Annual Budget as follows:
Quick Respond Fund (Relief and Recovery) – Php 352,187.19; and Purchase of Rescue and Life
Saving Supplies and/or Equipment – Php 821,770.11, for a total amount of one million one hundred
seventy-three thousand nine hundred fifty-seven pesos and thirty centavos (Php 1,173,957.30);

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Barangay Officials of Galas,
and all offices concern for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY SAVINGS BANK (DIPOLOG BRANCH) TO SUSPEND THE
COLLECTION OF THE MONTHLY AMORTIZATION OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND
BARANGAY PERSONNEL FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2021 BECAUSE OF THE CHRISTMAS
CELEBRATION DURING THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC.

WHEREAS, a lot of sectors had been affected because the entire community is still facing
this COVID-19 crisis;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council agreed to humbly request that the collection of the
monthly amortization of the barangay officials and barangay personnel from your bank be deferred
to allow them to reallocate the sum to sustain their families need;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council agreed to pay the deferred two months amortization
within nine months from January to September 2021;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustalñ o and unanimously seconded by the body,
be it;

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to request the City Savings Bank (Dipolog
Branch) to suspend the collection of the monthly amortization of the barangay officials and
barangay personnel for the month of December 2021 because of the Christmas celebration during
this time of pandemic;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council agreed to authorize the SK Chairperson Ma. Kate Ivory M.
Cuenca to use part of the library as temporary SK Council office;

the Punong Barangay, Hon. Elmer B. Vallecer the extension of water pipeline;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustaliñ o and was duly seconded by Hon. Maria
Merlita A. Duaso, be it;

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to request the Dipolog City Water District
(DCWD) to provide the water pipeline needed for the availability of clean water supply for the
Purok Romblon, Sitio North Baybay, Galas residents;
