Reflection:
The identified effective teaching strategies and the teacher's implementation plan reflect a deep understanding
of the importance of diverse and innovative pedagogical approaches. This reconstructive comment acknowledges the
teacher's efforts in enhancing their instructional practices and fostering a positive learning environment for their
students.
During the first quarter, we engaged in a collaborative discussion with our colleagues, focusing on KRA l -
Content Knowledge and Pedagogy Objective 2. Our main topic of discussion was exploring effective teaching
strategies that enhance students' achievements in literacy and numeracy. Additionally, during the second quarter, the
English department of the Senior High School facilitated a Learning Action Cell (LAC) on the same topic. In this
LAC, I had the privilege of being one of the speakers, and I emphasized various strategies to integrate and enhance
literacy and numeracy across different disciplines."
As a result of this transformative process, teachers are now better equipped to create dynamic learning
environments that foster both literacy and numeracy skills, ensuring our learners' success in their academic journey.
The integration of these essential skills across subjects has proved to be highly beneficial for our students, as they
develop a deeper understanding and application of literacy and numeracy in various contexts.
