Introduction
Jesus Commissions the Apostles points out the responsibility of the apostles. They are to
baptize and proclaim the good news to all. Baptism could mean renewal of the self and let people
realize that salvation has to come

Baptism is the primary sacrament that sets the foundation of Christian life. The purpose of baptism
is the remission of our sins and to be saved.
Baptism implies a change of state. This new state may be described as the following:
1. It is a state of holiness
2. It may be considered as a state of happiness
3. It is also a state free from all possible external danger, so long as we faithfully walk in it
