PUNCH LIST electrical

Ash conveyor motor conduit support not proper. Ash motor termination flexible pipe in two pieces. Cable tray covers should be installed. At moving grade gear oil motor termination with PVC connector but connectors are not sealed. One cable insulation damage due to sharp edge of cable tray near entrance in boiler control room. HFO burner panel not installed. CT control wiring dressing not proper in main panel. Main panel meters are not in level In panel side VFD of ID fan control cable spares have not sleeved. Near moving grade gear steam line touches the cable tray. Near mud drum main cable tray touch the steam line. Sampling cooler DB should be installed.

Near moving grade gear steam line touches the cable tray. Near mud drum main cable tray touch the steam line. Economizer top TT and PT cable tray required. PT-321 is down from its taping point. Should be installed up Cable tray support need painting at welding points. Rotary one and rotary two cable tray need support. Instruments need proper way of termination. Metal and painted tags required instrumentation. Cable tray should not be away more than 1 foot. Extra cable should be bound in circle. Transmitter should be mounted higher than tapping point. PI-333 direction is wrong. LS-321 A/B/C and LT-323 marked to mount on same chamber and two GLGS mounted on same chamber. No rubber pad installed on sharp edge of table tray.

PVC glands used on TT-340, TT341, TT342 and all instruments of super-heater. Gland should be of aluminum or SS. De tank level switches are not installed yet.
