Tube bending
• The process of tube bending involves
using Mechanical force to push stock
material pipe or tubing against a die,
forcing the pipe or tube to conform to
the shape of the die. Often, stock
tubing is held firmly in place while the
end is rotated and rolled around the
die.

• The coating process consists of
applying a coating material to a
moving web of flexible substrate. The
carrier substrate may be paper, film,
or aluminum foil and the resulting
material’s additional properties will

application and on the material’s

metal of varying thicknesses without
causing excessive distortion at the life
of the cut

applying heat and pressure through
electrodes
CO2 welding
• This is a MIG welding to joining two
metals with a filler wire form by using
CO2 as an inert gas
