Pixel Soldier Sprites

The document discusses ideas and assets for a potential Napoleonic Wars game, including: - Sprite assets for infantry, cavalry, and artillery units from countries that fought in the Napoleonic Wars like France, Britain, Prussia, and Russia. - Proposed team modifiers for countries if they were split into a French team and Coalition team. - Ship sprite assets and which countries would have access to different ship types if naval combat was included. - Keeping units from other Napoleonic-era games like Waterloo as a starting point and potentially expanding to include more countries and aspects like amphibious battles.

Napoleonic War Sprites

There are
Notes
When a unit says “Rifled”, “Carbine”, and “Skirmisher” means what unit type that would be if a
game like Napoleonic Wars was made. Skirmisher means units of 300 like in Pixel Soldiers:
Gettysburg. “Rifled” means the weapon that is used by the 95th Rifles in Waterloo. Carbine is the
weapon Cavalry use in Waterloo.

Artillery sprites are what the artillery soldier looks like and not shown with the canon

When it says “French Empire Sprites” and “Coalition Sprites”, those would be the teams and
those nations would be on those teams. Like in TGW where there are many nations on different
teams, this applies here for a possible Napoleonic Wars game.
Different between weapons.

Pixel Soldiers Napoleonic Wars Ideas
If a game about the Napoleonic Wars came out here are some ideas I have.
● Keep units from Waterloo in the Napoleonic Wars game and bring over these units (or most
of them).
● Bring nations such as Austria, Russia, Bavaria, etc into the game.
● Bring wooden warships into the game and ocean/amphibious battles.
● Like in TGW, there will be 2 teams with multiple nations. A french team and a coalition
team.

● If you want to add something here, DM me here and i’ll put that here
