DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed by and


between:

We, MARIA ANGELA NAPIZA OCONER and JOSEPH ARVIN


NAPIZA OCONER, both of legal age, Filipino Citizens, both residing
at 43 T. Benitez St., Brgy. West Triangle, Quezon City, hereinafter
referred to as the ASSIGNORS;
-and-

JMNO HOLDING CORPORATION, a domestic corporation duly


authorized to engage business, represented by MARIA ANGELA
NAPIZA OCONER, with office address at 5 Mt., Clemens St., New
Marikina, Brgy., Santa Elena, Marikina City, hereinafter referred to as
ASSIGNEE;

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 010-2019003326

A parcel of land (Lot 169-B-1) of the subdivision plan Psd-04-081236,


being a portion of lot 169-B, Psd-26155) situated in población, municipality
of sta. cruz, province of laguna, island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along
line 1-2 by lot 169-B-2 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by
lot 167; on the NW., along line 3-4 by lot 169 both cad. 278, sta. cruz
cadastre; along line 4-5 by lot 169-A, psd-26155; and on the NE., along line
5-1 by general luna street (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked 1 on
plan being N. 19 deg. 34’W., 98.58 m. from bllm no. 2, cad 278, sta. cruz
cadastre thence S.72 deg. 27’W., 16.89 m. to point 2; N. 16 deg. 57’W., 9.53
m. to point 3; N. 70 deg. 21’E., 10.88 m. to point 4; N. 76 deg. 17’E., 6.50 m.
to point 5; S.14 deg. 07’E., 9.52 m. to the point of beginning; containing an
area of One Hundred Sixty-Seven (167) Square Meters more or less.”

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNORS are desirous to assign all their


rights, title, and interest over the subject real property mentioned
above to the ASSIGNEE in exchange for Sixty-Eight Thousand
Shares of Stocks (68,000) from Metro Columbia Holding
Incorporation.

WHEREAS, 39,500 shares of stocks will be under the name of


VIVIEN Y. TIU while the remaining 28,500 shares of stocks will be
under the name of AARON BENSON U. TIU;
