optimising SAP PM functionality.


 Strong understanding of equipment maintenance strategies, including preventing maintenance, predictive

 Plan and execute maintenance activities based on breakdown faced, shop floor activities and preventive maintenance

schedules.
 Keeping the minimum inventory in the stores which would minimise the spare & maintenance cost.
 Analyse each mechanical breakdown and plan for preventing not to reoccurring.
 Proficient in utilizing computerized maintenance management systems(CMMS for work order management,

scheduling ,and tracking maintenance activities.


 SAP PP & PM EXPOSURE:
 Responsibility for the maintenance and support of SAP PM module, ensuring the availability and performance of critical

maintenance applications.
 Configured and customized SA PM to meet specific business requirement, including identifying equipment hierarchies,

maintenance plans, and work centres.


 Provided end-users training and support, resolving issues and answering queries related to SAP PM function

collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other modules, such as ,Materials Management(MM)

and Finance (FI),ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.


 Conducted configuration and customization of SAP PM, including defining maintenance strategies, lists and

measurement points.
 Prepared documentation, including user manuals and system configuration guide to facility knowledge transfer and

supports future maintenance activities.


 Responsibility for the maintenance and support of SAP PM module, ensuring the availability and performance of critical

maintenance applications.
