DATA PRIVACY CANDIDATE CONSENT FORM
In compliance with Republic Act 10173 otherwise known as Data Privacy Act of 2012, Genpact Services
LCC (“Genpact”) seeks your consent to collect and use personal information for the purposes herein
stated.
PURPOSE AND COLLECTION
We collect and process your personal information for the purpose of your processing your employment
application with Genpact. Your personal data shall be utilized in the following ways:
(a) Communicating with you

(b) Managing recruitment and resourcing activities
(c) Monitoring and development of our recruitment process
(d) Audit Compliance
(e) Accommodation for disabilities
(f) Prevention of fraud
(g) New employment opportunities
PROCESSING AND DATA SHARING
In furtherance of the above stated purposes, your personal information may be disclosed and shared to
the service provider, our affiliates, and our respective clients. The following personal data that you own
may be processed for the above-mentioned purposes:
(a) Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and other contact details;
(b) Competences, skills, experience and education, e.g. your CV or resume, previous employments,
educational details and qualifications, third party references.
(c) Languages spoken, Citizenship and Nationality to enable us to check your suitability for a specific
role and working location.
(d) Preferences, e.g. preferred country of employment, areas of interest as well as your preferred
ways to be contacted by Genpact);
(e) Your online user identity, e.g. user names and other such information used in connection with
authenticating you to our online recruitment management system.
(f) Technical Information: When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create
records of your visit. Please read our website privacy policy by visiting

(g) Information collected during interviews: As part of our interview process we may maintain audio/
video records of the interview (in case of telephone interviews or video enabled interviews) as
well as comments noted by our interviewers.
(h) Other information, such as information found from public sources as well as information related
to reference checks, depending on the position you are applying for, and where necessary for the
recruitment activities.
(i) Additionally, once you have been shortlisted, we may collect additional information such as
Government ID, expectation of compensation and remuneration details, information relating to
your family members (for benefits administration), passport, visa and work permit (in case of
expatriate), background check reports including educational, employment and criminal checks
etc. where permitted by local law. Also, in certain cases, we may collect your bank account details,
details of the expense incurred and relevant bills to reimburse any expenses incurred by you
during the interview processes.
STORAGE AND ACCESS
Genpact will store your personal information in secured logical repositories . There may be instances
where your personal information is stored in the database located in the Philippines or overseas which
can be accessed electronically. Genpact has policies, on data governance, data privacy and information
security measures, in place which will ensure that confidentiality of the information in the database.
Genpact likewise ensures that third parties have similar security measures to afford the same degree of
protection to your personal information.
DISPOSAL
After the applicable retention period, Genpact shall securely dispose your personal information.

To exercise your rights which include the right to access, modify, erase and object to processing your
personal data within a reasonable time after such request, or should you have any inquiries or concerns,

Our decisions to provide such access or consider any request for correction, erasure and objection to
process your personal data as it appears in our records are always subject to any exceptions under
applicable and relevant laws and/or the DPA, its IRR and other issuances of NPC.
To cover for the cost of verifying a request for information and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying
any material requested, we may charge you reasonable fees based on administrative costs.
