    AGENT TO AGENT COMMISSION AGREEMENT

    MA.ROSALINDA A. SALESA, LIEZEL C. HOPILOS and MARIA CECILIA SOMIDO agree to


    share in the Sale of lot with Title No.TCT No. T-34444,T-34445, and Tax Dec. No. 0819000104537
    located at Poblacion Gitagum, Misamis Oriental. Agents are entitled of 5% commission of the Total
    Selling Price of the property. Purchase of Real Estate involving the following:

    Upon the successful close of MARIA CECILIA SOMIDO involving the above client(s), and after receipt
    of any real estate fees by PRIMITIVA V. GUERRRERO, the Sales Associates' portion of the real estate
    fee shall be divided as follows:
    MARIA CECILIA SOMIDO ____________________________
    MA.ROSALINDA A. SALESA ____________________________
    LIEZEL C. HOPILOS ____________________________
    The individual real estate duties for any listing/sale/purchase involving the above client(s) shall be as
    follows:
    1. Provide the necessary documents for the Sale of the above mentioned property
    2. Conduct the negotiation of property between the Buyer and the Seller
    3. Provide necessary services for the Buyer such as to introduce the Buyer in the actual site inspection.
    It is understood and agreed that each Sales Associate shall be paid according to the terms of his/her
    commission agreement with PRIMITIVA V. GUERRERO. The Broker/Agents must approve this
    agreement and a copy must be on file. No verbal agreements or unauthorized agreements shall be
    accepted. The Designated Broker/Agents shall resolve and make the final decision regarding any dispute
    between Sales Associates arising this agreement or transaction.
