INITILIZATION
In this files (attached to the VIEW Display manual)
are shown the pages referring to the ongoing CAN- STATUS page
BUS messages.

NOTE :
To visualize the pages, press key F2 starting from
the STATUS page.

The pages are all set in the same way and show as
a master format the editing of the CAN messages of
the selected control unit.
The master combination represents the Status [1 or
0] of each single bit that form the 8 bytes of the
message.
The text area at the top shows the name of the
control unit (in the image for instance, the Master_DI
control unit), the address in hexadecimal, as well as
a counter that monitors the constant and periodical
ongoing of messages in the BUS.
In case of failure both in the transmission and in the
reception of messages [i.e.: broken wire] the counter
is stopped.
The numerical boxes on the right show the decimal CAN message editing page of the Master_DI
readings of the bytes in the Master card [i.e.: control unit
2.x=25+27=32+128=160] (Only for C.V.S. personnel).
To display all the CAN control units installed press
the left/right arrows keys, and to clear the screen
just press the icon key ESC; while the other keys are
not active as the page can only be displayed.

The following control units are fitted to the Reach

stacker:
-Master, -Cabin0, -Cabin1, -Spreader, -Exp
(extension of the master card or Spreader), Pgb
(piggy back), Boom, Ccu_PWM.

NOTE:
Each central unit is displayed with 2 pages “DI” and
“AI”, that refer to either the Digital or Analog input
and output

The Ccu_PWM diagram is not referred to a real

control unit (Out-put coming from MASTER card), but
is meant to represent the PWM signals (in percentage)
monitoring the solenoid valves.
The percentage readings are expressed as a binary
code of the master bit and in decimal numbers in the
D0…D5 boxes.
Ex: D4 = 14 = 21 +22 +23 = 2+4+8

Note:
The percentage readings of the PWM signal do not
have a linear correspondence reporting the opening
range of the solenoid valve
