TRAINING PROPOSAL

I.RATIONALE:
Pursuant to DepEd Order No.022 s. 2023 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School
Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2023-2024 item no. 22, the five- day mid-year break
(January 24-26, 29-30,2024) shall be spent for the conduct of Midyear Performance Review and
Evaluation and the School- Based INSET. The first two days shall be spent by evaluating the
school’s progress in implementing its educational programs, projects and activities, as well as
reviewing the performance of teachers and school staff addressing concerns cooperatively. The
last three days shall be devoted to conducting school-based INSET activities for teachers’
continuing professional development and preparing their Instructional Materials (IMs).
Thus, Ano Elementary School will conduct a three-day school-based INSET on RPMS
Tools and Preparation of Portfolio, Roles and Importance of Educational Technology in Learning
and Assessment,Enhance interactive skills through the use of different ICT trends and tools and
Crafting of Test Questions on January 24-26,2024 at the ICT-Room.
This INSET will prepare teachers to deploy new learnings and new approaches to
addressing the difficulties encountered in teaching. Teachers will be equipped with knowledge and
skills in the control of behavior for both teachers and pupils, as well as the use of creative and
trendy methods for the effective delivery of quality education .
Valuing these, this training program is designed for everyone’s best advantage.
