    Wild Monkeys Forest Childcare

    Price Structure Agreement


    April 2024 To be reviewed every 6 months

    Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm


    CLOSED Bank Holidays and approx 1 week over Christmas

    For all non funded hours

    8am - 6pm xed hours £7.00 per hour


    8am – 6pm exible hours £8.00 per hour
    Late collection charges £1 per minute
    (after 5 minutes lateness)

    - a minimum of 2 x 3 hour sessions to be booked per week


    - exible hours are designed to accommodate families who need different sessions each week, e.g. shift workers,
    subject to availability.
    - hourly rate includes consumables i.e. hygiene products (not nappies), suncream, snacks, hand towels, choice of
    sessions subject to availability.
    - sessions range to start at either 8am, 9am or 1pm
    - sessions range to end at either 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm or 6pm

    Optional Home Cooked Meals:

    Snacks & drinks are included in the hourly rate or in the consumables package for funded children over
    3 years old.

    Breakfast £3.50 per meal


    Lunch £3.50 per meal
    Dinner £3.50 per meal

    Optional Additional Services:

    Uniform (depending on size) Hoodies £15


    T-shirt £7

    Outings Any larger outings that incur charges would be


    discussed with parents and made to suit all.

    Holidays & Sickness:

    If you have set hours with us you will still need to pay for your child’s space when you go on holiday
    or if they are off sick.

    Our term time, free option for funding

    15 & 30 hours Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) Only


    - Fixed hour option for funded children
    - Term Time Only (38 weeks)
    - Up to 15 hours funding a week
    - Subject to availability
    - Any additional hours charged at normal hourly rate
    - Minimum 2 x 5 hours booked a week
    - No consumables i.e. hygiene products (baby wipes, nappy bags etc), suncream, snacks, hand towels,
    choice of sessions subject to availability.

    2 year old funding for families with additional


    needs
    - Flexible hours option for funded children
    - All year care (51 weeks)
    - Closed for one week at Christmas and bank holidays
    - Up to 12 hours funding a week over 47 weeks + 4 weeks fees at normal rate to be divided
    over 12 months (for 15 hours funding)
    - Any additional hours charged at normal hourly rate
    - Minimum 2 x 3 hour sessions to be booked a week
    - Sessions can start at 8am, 9am, 1pm or 3pm.
    - Sessions can end at 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm or 6pm.

    * I will talk to you in the term of their 3rd birthday about moving on to the 3-4 year old funding
    option in the following term.

    - Flexible hours option for funded children
    - All year care (51 weeks) to meet the needs of most of our working parents
    - Closed for one week at Christmas and bank holidays
    - Up to 12 hours funding a week over 47 weeks + 4 weeks fees at normal rate to be divided
    over 12 months (for 15 hours funding)
    - Up to 24 hours funding a week over 47 weeks + 4 weeks fees at normal rate to be divided
    over 12 months (for 30 hours funding)
    - Any additional hours charged at normal hourly rate
    - Minimum 2 x 3 hour sessions to be booked a week
    - Consumables included i.e. hygiene products (not nappies), suncream, snacks, hand towels, choice of
    sessions (subject to availability). £2.30 per hour for each funded hour
    - Sessions can start at 8am, 9am, 1pm or 3pm.
    - Sessions can end at 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm or 6pm.

    * 2 year old funding - I will talk to you in the term of their 3rd birthday about moving on to the 3-4
    year old funding option in the following term.
    * 30 hour funding - Parents are required to provide proof of eligibility and are responsible for re-
    applying for this every 3 months.
    * 30 hour funding - Parents who fail to provide proof of or are no longer eligible for the extended
    offer will automatically be charged as per ’15 hours EYEE and fees’ option.
