Vision statement
“To develop and educate student athletes
in the game of basketball, while providing them with an opportunity to earn a college
scholarship.”
Mission Statement
“To make basketball more prevalent, we develop character first, then players and promote game
with the basic fundamentals.”
WHO WE ARE: Real Basketball Academy (RBA)is the place where we

are working to make our basketball community fit, active and healthy.
WHAT WE DO: Create, guide or support all programs that build and protect the integrity of the game
of basketball for all participants, based on the “IMPROVEMENT HAS NO LIMITS.”
Introduction
The sport landscape in Pakistan is changing with respect to the active participation. There is increased
pressure on kids to specialize early focusing on a single sport. There is added competition for athletes not
only with other sports but in our own sport. This is a pivotal moment for our sport in Pakistan, a time
when all of the basketball community needs to pull together to establish a new framework that maintains
our position as a major‐sport in Pakistan.Drawing from the experience of former professional players, we
developed structured and scientific training content for basketball.
Differentiation
 There is no other basketball academy by near location

and most important thing is that we are filling the gap
by providing quality basketball coaching in the market
where no other institution giving effective coaching for
both males and females.
 In this society there is no basketball academy, where

student athletes can indulge themselves to show their
talent.
Benefits of the project will be:
1. The school community will begin to appreciate the

importance and relevance of sports.
2. It will also ensure that children have structured physical
outlet which has positive impact on their overall growth.
3. If nurtured sporting talent gets recognized then the school
community will feel extremely proud.
How the outcome of the project can be measured & impact assessment can be
made:
1. Progress in sporting capability
2. Community acceptance and sense of pride.
3. Community appearances at national level.

Plan of Action: In order to attain our ambitious vision, there are a few critical success factors
that must be achieved and maintained.
Players Coaches
Youth, Participation, High Performing, Life Youth, School, High Performing, Increase the
Long increase in the number of players playing number of trained coaches developing players
the game
Partnerships
Sport organizations, Community groups, Tournaments, Clubs and Corporations Build a

collaborative community that partners to deliver the best development opportunities for players,
coaches and officials
Infrastructure and Resources
Facilities, Equipment will be managed by Real Basketball Academy, Officials, Volunteers, and
Administrators Provide Access to the entire infrastructure needed to play our game, and maintain
an effective operational and governance structure to oversee basketball in RBA.

Roots Millennium Schools DHA Phase 6 will provide Court facility, Court cleanness, Water,
Sitting and lights will be managed by Roots School Phase 6 Sports Complex

Per Month: 7000
(Percentage share with Roots Millennium Schools: 30% on the per-month fee and per child)
Special Training Extra Charges = 5000
