SUMMARY OF THE PROPOSAL

RADIO AL-IKHWAN (RAI) FM is setting up activities aimed at broadcasting, requesting song

and music, sending greeting with other listener, preaching Islam or tausiah, reciting Qur’an or
tadarrus, live interactive with preacher, live interactive with local politician as well as national

politician, updating news from local, national and international sources, celebrating big
holydays such as isra mi’raj, maulid. This proposal purpose is requesting big amount of

funding because this company is inactive in broadcasting process for more than 1 year
already. The weakness of this radio is frequency strength cannot reach long distant area only

is able to access surrounded area, other fact the radio clearance sound is difficult to get or
unclear if has been in far radius mile. The main reason of problem is because of old tools

inside the Radio.

The funding will support:

 Fixing the building of RADIO AL-IKHWAN FM

 Purchasing Broken tools of RADIO AL-IKHWAN FM

 Purchasing goods and everything that help RADIO AL-IKHWAN FM operational and

Management.
 Providing best quality crew and worker for RADIO AL-IKHWAN FM.

Due to these reasons, we are requesting support from HIS HIGHNESS SHEIKH MOHAMMED

BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN towards the costs of Fixing and purchasing.

1.1 Aim of Proposal

This proposal being aimed to get funding from leader in UAE to establish this radio

company which is inactive today, the radio transmitter only reached some kilometres radius
mile frequency to appear in the radio. All of equipment has been old-used such as

computer, mixer, inside transmitter even the building look like a Jungle today. This
condition has happened for almost one decade due to weaknesses of income. Radio Al-

ikhwan networth annually is only around 50 million rupiah which is being used to pay salary
of broadcaster, water, electricity, marketing, as well as tax in DitJen PaJak. This problem can

not be fixed by management of Radio Al-Ikhwan Fm themselves. Management of radio al-

ikhwan being owned by some people who are in makassar city and Jakarta city. The need of

operational make this company need fundraiser as soon as possible therefore Radio Al-
Ikhwan company targetting ruler of UAE as fundraiser to this company. This radio has been

operated from 1983, by H.Kahar Rahim in makassar city and other owner originally staying
in Jakarta distantly, however H.Kahar Rahim has passed away already today.
