Job Description: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Company Overview:

PBPartners, a brand of Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited, is a leading B2B2C insuretech
platform in India. With a robust network of over 1.25 Lakh+ registered agent partners, PBPartners
specializes in providing innovative insurance solutions.

Channel: Virtual Relationship Manager


Position: Associate Sales Consultant
Location: Sector 44, Gurugram
Working Days: 6 days (Roster off)
Shift Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Job Type: On-site

Remuneration:

3 LPA + 50K retention bonus (One-time) + Incentives (No upper cap for performers)

The retention bonus will be distributed six months after the candidate's joining date, with a
clawback period of six months following the bonus payout. If a candidate leaves the organization
within six months after receiving the retention bonus, the amount will be recovered.

Additional Benefits:

- Group Medical Insurance Cover: 2 LPA

- Group Personal Accident Cover: 10 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at PBPartners, you will be responsible for managing
relationships with agents and supporting them to achieve their targets effectively. The role involves
working closely with agents across different processes within the VRM channel, including:

- Connect with agents mapped under your portfolio via tele calling.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively leveraging agent partnerships via tele calling.
- Assist agents in their day-to-day operations.
- Provide support and guidance to agents to enhance their productivity.
- Offer comprehensive support to on-field relationship managers and agents.
- Managing channel partners on call to drive business and achieve monthly targets.
- Onboarding and activation of new agents.
- Training agents on new product and POS platforms.
- Calling agents for feedback and support regarding ongoing concerns.
- Handling Partner's inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (for Graduates).


- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (For Post Graduates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated.
