• Project Name : Auto Screw Feeder.

Responsibility : Detailing during the design, and assembling proving on site.
Description : It having a feeding and tightening unit. The screw was filled on the feeder (Feeding unit)
and it will be blowing the screw thru a hose into tightening module. The tightening module having
a nutrunner to tighten the screw to a required torque into the component.
Location : TVS motors, Hosur.
• Project Name : Crank case tightening machine.
Responsibility : Detail designing, drawing releasing, and material processing assembling testing and proving on site.
Description : This machine is specially designed to tighten the 7nos bolts at the same time.which having 7 nos
nutrunners on the power head, the operator needs to engage the all sockets with bolt head then give
start. Then all bolts are tightened into a required torque within 30 seconds.
Location : TVS motors, Himachal Pradesh.
• Project Name : Handle bar assembly tightening machine.
Responsibility : Concept design, drawing releasing assembly testing and proving on site.
Description : This machine is specially designed to tightening the handle bar with top yoke. It having a two axis
Horizontal and vertical, each has a 2 nos nutrunner to tightening 4 Nos bolts to a required torque.
Location : Royal Enfield, Chennai.
• Project Name : Planetary gear tightening machine.
Responsibility : material processing assembling, testing and proving on site.
Description : This machine is specially designed to tightening the planetary gear with gear box input shaft.
the machine having a reaction torque arm and which the mounted on the trolly with rail.
The reaction torque was arrested by the torque arm and the bolt was tightened up to the required torque.
