INTRODUCTION
The NetQoS Report Analyzer is used to monitor the network traffic low in the network. The main
module contains 4 components Viz.,
a. Harvester
b. Report Analyzer Console(RA).
c. Network Performance Center (NPC).
d. Data Statistics Analyzer (DSA).
a. Harvester
The Netflow/IPFix enabled routers continuously sends the statistical data to the harvesters at
regular intervals. Harvester module is installed in the server 172.23.100.172, the harvester collects
all the network parameters from the interfaces under monitoring and it processes it to RA Console.
RA console is the important component in NetQoS. The RA console collects the information from
harvester, aggregates and move aggregated data to Data statistics Analyzer and when the user
requests the data from web interface, it pulls the processed data from DSA. The RA console is
installed in the server 172.23.100.171.
Network performance center is the module that takes care of the administration tasks. NPC
Console will help user to generate the NetQoS Reports. This is simply a web user interface,
which connects the user to netqos. The NPC is installed in the server 172.23.100.174.
DSA collects the aggregated data from the report analyzer. The DSA is the storage of NetQoS
were all the collected, aggregated data will be located. The DSA is installed in the server
172.23.100.173. The DSA will pass on the requested information to the user through RA Console
