Swim Ring (continued)

Now is the tricky part. We will close the swim ring. Start
stuffing the body firmly. It will be easier to finish the swim
ring with the body stuffed.
Push the last round of the swim ring until it's lining up
with the front loop on Round 21 of the body. Continuing
with COLOR A from the swim ring, insert your hook into
both loops of the swim ring and the front loop of the
Picture 12 – The inside of my
body (Picture 13). Pull the yarn through those 3 loops,
swim ring is a bit messy 
then make slst. Continue making slst around.
Stuff the swim ring little by little while crocheting. I
stuff it every 7 or 8 stitches. Make sure to stuff the
swim ring evenly. After making the last slst, fasten off,
and weave the yarn tail inside the body.

Alternatively, you can sew the swim ring into the

body by inserting the needle into the back loop of the
swim ring and the front loop on Round 21 of the body.
Picture 13 – Insert the hook like this then
We will continue crocheting the body (See next page). make slst around to close the swim ring

the rounds in the following colors:
Rnd 1-6 RED

Orange Swim Ring

For Orange Swim Ring, we will crochet the
rounds in the following colors:
Rnd 1-6 YELLOW
Rnd 7 WHITE Picture 16 – We are almost finished!
Rnd 8-12 ORANGE

stitches. You may adjust the number of sc before
and after attaching the rear flippers in the folowing

centered. Picture 20 – Attach the
