Game Downloads. You may use the game as much as you like in providing
professional services, such as therapy and teaching. You may not resell, modify, post
publicly, nor use commercially in any other way.

Instructions
Each player or team takes turn choosing any category and difficulty level on the
board. Click on the level/corresponding box to be taken to that prompt. Once you’re
done discussing the question, click return to go back to the main board. Some
questions instruct the entire group to complete the prompt. The game is set up to
play just for fun, but in case your group would like to compete, a score sheet is
included at the end of the slides.

PowerPoint Version Tips
➢ If you leave/escape the presentation mode your categories will reset, so try to navigate only within the
live game until you’re done playing.
➢ Click only on category boxes, return links, audio players, and down arrows. Clicking outside the links will
take you to the next question, rather than back to the category page.
➢ There are buttons for intro music and applause. Look on the bottom left of the screen.

PDF Version Tips


➢ Print an extra copy of the category page to mark off completed spaces.
➢ If you’re working in a classroom and don’t have access to a projector, draw your own categories on the
board and erase them as they’re completed.

We're going to try a quick mindfulness exercise. Listen to the instructions
before you start.
