 Almost 12 years working experience with specialized knowledge and expertise in policy and
economic study focusing on (i) Policy impact evaluation; (ii) Cost and benefit analysis of
policy options; (iii) Economics of green economy, low-carbon economy; (iv) Economic
restructuring policies; (v) Sustainable development under the impact of climate change and
resource constraints, and (vi) Welfare and livelihoods of vulnerable groups.
 Good command of qualitative methods, literature review, institutional analysis and
consultation skills; competent skills and experience in working with macro and micro-
economic and policy datasets; good skills in data compilation, reconciliation, and analysis
using different software packages including R and Matlab.
 Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure and quickly adapt to multi-
