Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing work meet, contract time schedule, monitor costs and identify
ways to improve efficiency.
• Coaching team members on safety and environmental requirements and
responsibilities.
• Maintaining regular liaison with the clients throughout the project to spot and iron out
areas of obstructions.
• Provides technical knowledge and expertise and supervision for erecting, dismantling
and scaffolding construction and housekeeping Services for the facilities.

have attached indicating (Tag) safe or not to be used.
• Plans and supervises the daily scaffolding activities for all facilities.
• Ensures that all Maintenance Scaffolding Services are carried out within budget.
• Conduct Tool Box talk on weekly basis in order to ensure the special precautions are
met and all safety measures are implemented.
• To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit,
policies and procedures.
• To evaluate man-hours required to install each Scaffolding work order and ensure
Contractor meets these constraints.
• To maintain the inventory of various types of Scaffolding materials, maintain records
and inform Civil Engineer / Sr. Civil Engineer accordingly.
• Entrusted with overall responsibility of managing scaffolding projects to ensure work
accomplishment within defined cost and time parameters.
• Structuring project plan, ascertaining requirements of inputs and driving procurement
initiative to ensure timely availability thereof on most reasonable terms.
• Assigning competency based tasks to the teams with periodic reviews to ensure
efficient work performance in total compliance with customer's needs.
• Conducting on site risk assessment and deploying necessary inputs to ensure 100%
safety for the workforce.
• Maintaining Scaffolding register to maintain all erected safe & unsafe Scaffolding.
• Maintaining pre-erection assessment with the Scaffolding crew.
• Maintaining Scaffolding tagging systems as per the requirement of Scaffolding.
