COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

hore.

General Terms & Conditions
Pricing & General Conditions:

1. Boarding / Lodging shall be vendor’s responsibility.
2. Health & Accident insurance of personnel shall be vendor’s responsibility.
3. Food arrangements of personnel shall be vendor’s responsibility.
4. All the PPEs required at site for the personnel shall be arranged by vendor.
5. Computer, mobile & internet facility for personnel shall be arranged by vendor.
6. Onsite work-desk shall be arranged by Siemens.
7. The offered prices shall be on lumpsum bases considering 12 working hours per day for 6 days in a week.
Working in extended hours as per site requirement shall be included.
8. Quoted price should be firm & final inclusive of all taxes applicable.
9. Conditional prices would not be acceptable.
10. Full compliance of Project EHS Plan, Controls, Measures and Requirements are to be ensured.
11. Duration of required services is for 03 months.
Validity:
Offer price should remain valid till 30 days from date of submission of offer.
Terms of Payment:
Payment shall be made 30 days after invoice.
Delivery Terms:
At DHA Dolmen Lahore Site.
Notes:
• Invoice shall be raised on monthly basis.
• Above rates are quoted on monthly basis. In case of extension of project additional invoice shall be raised
based on additional days.
• Meal, accommodation, and transport for experts will be responsibility of SGS.
• Execution dates to be agreed between SGS and Client as per mutual convenience.
• PPEs, Seating Arrangement for Experts shall be responsibility of client.
• Applicable charges shall be for 12 hours general shift & for 6 days a week.
• Our quotation is valid for 01 month from date of issue.
• Futile day(s) / part day(s) /off days /standby days would be charged 100% of day rate.
• Client would be required to extend full support to HSE Experts for proper execution of the project.
• Client authorized representative at site shall coordinate with SGS EHS Experts and shall make all necessary ar-
rangements including safety requirement enabling SGS Staff to carry out the work.
• SGS would not be responsible for any delay in delivery of work.
