    The system generates digital cert according
    to the FULL NAME that we have input
    Click “Continue”

    enrolled will be shown here
    Go through all the topics in
    the module
    You may download all the slides
    in PowerPoint format here
    EXAM GUIDE
    • Use Laptop / Desktop to sit for the Online Examination. Tablets & Smart Phones are
    strictly prohibited.
    • Disable the Pop-up Blocker in your Laptop / Desktop.
    • Personal Laptop / Desktop is recommended as some of the Company’s Laptop / Desktop
    may block the Safe Exam Browser.
    • Download the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) beforehand (1-2days before the exam). Next few
    slides are the Guide to Download SEB.
    • Ensure the online examination location have a strong and stable internet connection.
    • Ensure the online examination location is private, quiet and the candidate will not be
    interrupted.
    • The candidate is not allowed to access other browsers while conducting the online
    examination.
    • Please prepare calculator (any model) to use during the online examination. Mobile
    phones or smart watches are NOT allowed during the online examination.
    • Technical support is only available during working hours: Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM).

    according to your preferred
    timing will be shown here
    Click “Download Safe
    Exam Browser”
    Choose the operating system
    accordingly and download
    Download will start
    automatically, if not, please
    look for the “DOWNLOAD”
    button and click on it

    Once it is downloaded to
    your device, click on it
    Tick the box
    Click “Install”
    Installing…
    Click “Close”
    Finish Installed
    Go back to your
    browser & click on
    the “Back” Icon
    Click “Download
    Configuration”
    Click “Save”
    Once it is saved to your
    device, click on it
    The “Safe Exam Browser” will be
    prompt out. Please Log In again.

    Click “Attempt Quiz”
    The time limit is
    2 HOURS

    Click “Start Attempt”


    once you are ready
    You may start answering all the
    MCQ Exam Questions
    Click “Submit all and Finish”
    once you are done
    Click “Submit all and Finish”
    Click “Finish Review” once you have
    done reviewing all the answers
    Click “Back To The Course”
    *You may download your
    Digital Certificate through the
    usual browser instead of this
    “Safe Exam Browser”

    Click “Shut Down” Icon to quit


    Safe Exam Browser
    Click “Yes” to quit
    DOWNLOAD DIGITAL
    CERTIFICATE GUIDE
    *Note: You may
    download the
    Once you have closed the Safe
    digital cert right
    Exam Browser, it will go back
    after your exam. If
    to the “Course” Page
    you are unable to
    access the “Digital
    Certificate” tab
    means you have
    Click “Digital Certificate” FAILED the exam
    to access your cert if you
    have PASSED the Exam
    A new tab will pop out and
    show the cert

    Click the “Download”


    icon to download the
    cert to your device
    You will not be able to access
    the “Digital Certificate” tab if
    you have FAILED the Exam

    Please contact
    FPAM for Resit
    To Log Out, click the icon - which
    reflects the initial of your name
    Click “Log Out” to exit
