"TOGETHER with the right and liberty for the


Purchasers their heirs and assigns owner or owners

and their tenants servants workmen and all persons
authorised by them in that behalf from time to time
and at all times hereafter at their will and pleasure

all rights now used and enjoyed in connection with
the said property and premises hereby conveyed

wheelbarrows only for the owner or owners for the

coloured red on the said plan"NOTE: The yard
coloured yellow referred to is the yard of Number
47, the land hatched green referred to is tinted
blue on the filed plan and the yard coloured red

3 2002-08-08 The Conveyance dated 24 December 1953 referred
to above contains the following provision:-

"IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED that the


gables and walls separating the property hereby
conveyed from the adjoining property of the Vendor
are party gables and party walls and shall be used
repaired and maintained accordingly and where the
drains and downcomers are jointly used the
expense of repairing and maintaining the same shall
be borne in due proportion by the parties using the
same"
