information about family members only

managing bank accounts will be progressively released > communication will be shared

HOW TO CONNECT ?
Seafarer Portal as a centralized communication
platform connecting seafarers with the CMA Ships One prerequisite for Seafarer :
Fleet Personnel Department use the SmartTOUCH registered email address

Self sign up with the Seafarer portal :

1ST CONNECTION ? ALREADY REGISTERED ?


1. Click on SIGN UP 1. Sign in : Enter email address &
2. Enter email address & choose a password
password 2. Navigate to download your payslip
3. Confirm your authentification on
received email (check spam/junk)
4. Navigate to upload your payslip

Dedicated support if required : seafarerportal@cmaships.com


Note 1 : It is recommended to download the payslip to your local device every month.
Access to the application will be automatically revoked if you are no longer associated
with CMA Ships Singapore company.

Note 2 : Only the seafarers employed by CMA Ships Singapore will receive their payslips
