Chloe 24/5/2024

I am just conscious that you wish for us to consult with further schools for
September 2024 so the sooner the better in order to ensure there are spaces
available.
The deadline for further evidence (for both the Local Authority and parents) is the
22.05.24 – therefore if there are any other amendments/school responses to be
sought it would be best to hold the annual review this date.
No problem – yes they are different processes but we would always try to seek to
resolve any ongoing issues/concerns without the need for tribunal.

I am aware that Cumberland RP is not parental preference for secondary

placement and wanted to ensure we give enough time to amend the plan and
consult for placements.

Once you are well enough we can discuss and set a date,

I need to know the response from Phoenix Secondary as I have a school visit
booked tomorrow and I need to make arrangements

I also need to know which of the 3 clauses all the consulted schools have used to
refuse placement for F.
it would be unsuitable for the age, ability, aptitude or SEN of the child or young
person, or
the attendance of the child or young person there would be incompatible with the
efficient education of others or
it would be an inefficient use of resources.

If you have had any further consultation responses since, could you kindly update
me
