INTERVIEW 2
A. Firstly, I was able to clearly articulate how my previous work experience in customer
service and my strong communication skills make me well-suited for the role. I provided
examples of how I have successfully resolved customer issues in the past and emphasized
my ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Secondly, I was able to maintain a confident and friendly demeanor throughout the
interview, which I believe helped to build rapport with the interviewer. I made sure to
maintain good eye contact, smile, and actively listen to the questions being asked.
B. In my next interview, I believe there are two key areas where I can focus on improving:
1 Confidence in sharing specific examples: During interviews, it's important i provide concrete
examples from past experiences to support my answers and showcase my skills. In my next
interview, I will work on being more confident in sharing specific examples that demonstrate
my abilities and accomplishments, instead of speaking in generalities.
2. Active listening and asking clarifying questions: In the past, I have sometimes struggled
with fully understanding a question or scenario presented during an interview due to not
actively listening or failing to ask clarifying questions. Moving forward, I will make a
conscious effort to listen attentively to the interviewer's questions, take a moment to
gather my thoughts, and ask for clarification if needed before providing a response.
