Kamika ekadashi

On this auspicious period of 4 months of rainy season monks dwell indoors. This is the eleventh day
of the moon descending period. Today is the most auspicious period of Kamika Ekadashi. It is the day
of fasting and conquering desire. Adoration in praise of parama Guru Krishna. In praise of Parama
Yogi.

This is the day of celebrating the greatest of Yogis, Krishna. This day is called Kamika Ekadashi.

When Lord Vishnu got plugged-in, in a split second he was born as Krishna. 100 years of human
plane is less than a split second in Satya loka. If you attain 4th samadhi in this life you will be born in
Satya Loka.

Lord Vishnus life span is many Yugas. 24,25,26,27 planes of Consciousness are called Sudha avsas.
These are the abodes of Lord Vishnu. Only people who are enlightened can go there. It is a very high
level samadhi called Asmitha samadhi. Every reincarnation he has taken is only to save the culture
and in order to remove the vultures.

Techniques of detoxification

For every girl Krishna is a lover. Krishna is the master of Amaroli, lovely and Vajroli kriya. Along with
Shiva, kapalikas, Bhairavas and lamas. These techniques are the sacred techniques which will
activate all the 72,000 Nadis. These are techniques to clean your genitals. From the day a female and
a male menstrual cycle begins and their voice start to change they should practice these techniques.
A boy has to do Gayatri and meditate and follow Astanga Yoga.

A Girl in her menstrual cycle in India is not supposed to be in contact with others. She is supposed to
be initiated into Amaroli technique to clean her genitals.

From the day a girl starts menstruating, from that day onwards her uterus is prone to endometrium
shedding, follicular phase and ovulation phase. During these periods the fluctuations of hormones,
calcium, magnesium and metabolism are changing. That’s why a menstrual cycle should follow the
moon cycle.

Only then the ovulation period will fall on full moon day. If you conceive on a full moon day, great
saints are born. One can know if a woman is healthy or not by checking if her menstrual cycle is
falling in line with moon cycle perfectly. If it falls with the moon cycle then that women are
physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically healthy. At this time no one should touch or
disturbed her as she is highly emotional.

Like a peacock has the skill of catching a poisonous snake. You know how to tame the worst snakes
that are in the form of humans.

You are a jewel of wisdom. You shine by the glory of rescuing those effected by karma.

So mature, so virtuous, so beautiful, so kind, so docile and so devoted your eldest wife whom you
love and care you have protected her dignity. You kept her dignity without losing patience teaching
your smart, cunning wife Satyabhama though she helped you only once. You forever served her
though she kicked on your face. Hey Krishna without losing patience and because of your wisdom
and great care when Satyabhama instigated and insulted Rukmini you came to rescue her. O carer of
carer.

The one who can’t protect the dignity and pride of a wife what for is the husband? The one who can
handle his wife without losing his patience. Even if she is an angel or a demon only you are capable
of treating her like an angel hey Krishna. There is no one like Gopala Krishna who knows how to
respect and love a female, bow to teach a female and how to handle a female. You are a take carer
of mothers, lovers, good wives, bad wives, bad hungry ghosts, demonic females. You are a
Paramaguru.
“Rajeeva sannibha vishala vilola netra”

You bring a light into the fire. The depth of your wisdom surpasses entire existence.

Damodara, shama dhama uparati tithiksha shraddha samadhana. Hey teacher of six great qualities.
When wife of those Pandavas became helpless and was lost in the jungle of humans, hey Krishna,
you helped her. How can we forget.

Who knows the laws of nature that governs everything? Absolute science. You know you are an
embodiment of science.

“Sri satya vikrama gurutama chittavasa”

Your teaching has a systematic order. You are an explorer of the path of the truth to ultimate truth
that doesn’t change. Among the gurus, you are a parama guru. You live in every cell and your sound
lives in every cell and changes the way every cell functions. You are a changer of a dweller of a
positive gene expression.

Guru Gopala Krishna.

Our initiation into Maha Mantra. Today is Kamika Ekadashi and we are initiated into the Maha
Mantra. It is very helpful for us if we play this mantra. Mantra, every mantra has grammar. In today’s
mantra

Sri ➡️Krishna
Kleem ➡️Beejam (seed)

Sreem ➡️Shakthi

Svāha ➡️keylakam

Every Maha Mantra or Mula Mantra (root mantra) should have all the aspects of Devata,
Beejam(combined words of vowels and consonants), Shakthi and Keylakam. Otherwise, it is not a
mantra. There is no mantra more powerful than root mantra

Shakthi- feminine energy is known as Shakthi. Wife is always your source of energy. Behind every
great achievement there’s a woman. If you know and understand how to use the feminine
energy(entropy) you will be able to sprout a seed of entropy.

Mantra(management) is a sound that purifies the mind.

Yantra(machine)- each cell has a structure which is called as a Mandala. It is to achieve the least
quantum state of the cell structure. The management of of mantra and yantra is called tantra.

Tantra- Entire yoga is management of a cell, soul DNA.

Narada

Narada the great saint restored the legacy of the mantra of Krishna. He is the protector of Dharma.
Everywhere he goes give the suitable mantras of Lord Vishnu.

Sacred secrets of Saccharides

CO2 + H2O-(sun-> photosynthesis) = generated life- chlorophyll

It generated glucose, fructose and galactose - C6H12O6. They are the fundamental molecules of
carbohydrates called primary carbohydrates or Monosaccharide. Mono saccharide (sacred fuel for
the soul). If we really understand the sacred truth of Saccharides, we will never fall sick or have
inflammatory disease. Monosaccharide’s chain of 2-10 glucose, fructose and galactose molecules are
called Oligosaccharides. Monosaccharide’s chain of 1000 or more glucose molecules are called
Polysaccharides. Polysaccharide can be derived from both plants and animals. Animal
polysaccharides are dangerous. Mixture of any two (glucose, fructose or galactose) becomes
Disaccharide.

Plants have two polysaccharide-

1. Starch

2. Fibre

Cause of diabetes

If our anger is continuing for more than 10 seconds, we start burning glycogen which releases
emergency fuel which is glucose. 1 molecule of glycogen releases 30,000 glucose molecules into the
blood stream resulting in blood glucose level shooting up. Sugar in the blood releases because of our
reactions. Our continued anger coasts every cell, liver, arteries become brittle because of high sugar
content. Endothelial inflammation is caused by the release of excess sugar which is not because of
food but because of emotions.

If the blood glucose reaches 140g per decilitre of sugar in the body, fat is created and if it reaches
170, kidney gets effected.
