Earthmoving Machinery and Power Generation
Equipment in Pakistan.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
WORKING DAYS:
Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m to 4:50 p.m)
OFF DAYS:
Saturday and Sunday.
HOLIDAYS:
All days notified by the Federal Government as Public Holidays in the
Gazette Notification shall be considered as Holiday with pay. However, in
emergencies staff may be called upon to work on such holidays.
LEAVES:
After completion of one year employment, employ will be entitled to:
23 Privilege leaves
14 Sick Leaves
10 Casual Leaves

PROVIDENT FUND:
Provident fund deduction is applicable only to permanent employees of the
company. The members contribution to the Provident Fund will be @ 10% of
the basic salary and an equal contribution will be made by the company.
GRATUITY PAYMENTS
The company operates a non contributory gratuity scheme. Benefits to the
staff shall be as follows :
