OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Dear Mr. Garuku Giribabu,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to offer you the position of Executive –
Talent Acquisition with Experis IT Pvt Ltd. We believe you will find this position to be challenging and rewarding.

On the day, that you begin your employment with Experis IT Pvt Ltd. you will be asked to sign an employment
agreement. This employment agreement, among other provisions, states that you will keep our business information
confidential and seek your agreement not to become associated with a competitor of Experis IT Pvt Ltd. for a specified
period after the end of your employment with Experis IT Pvt Ltd.

The following confirms our arrangements regarding your employment with Experis IT Pvt Ltd.:

Date of Joining, Compensation

You are expected to join the company on or before 5th July 2022.Your fixed Cost to Company (CTC) is INR. 3.84
Lakhs (Three Lakhs Eighty-Four Thousand Only) per annum.

Incentive

Incentive pay will be based on individual and company performance.

Function

You will primarily be responsible for Recruitment related activities and are expected to work according to targets
identified by the company. You may be assigned additional responsibilities from time to time.

Posting & Transfer

The position is transferable and may require you to be posted at any of the company's offices in the country. For the
present, however, you will operate from our office at Hyderabad.

Probation

An employee will be under probation for six clear calendar months (unless otherwise decided by the company) from the
date of joining. Probation of an employee may be extended for a period as deemed fit by the company at its discretion
and the employee will continue to be in probation until a letter of confirmation is issued in writing.

During the probation period, the services of any employee may be terminated by the company without any default or
any reason what so ever by giving a 60 days notice or 60 days salary in lieu of the notice period. If any employee is
willing to terminate the contract of employment or wants to disassociate with the Company, he/she will have to give 60
days notice or 60 days salary as per the discretion of the company.

Bonus

Bonus is applicable as per company policy.

Full time employment

This is a full time assignment and you are expected to devote your complete time and attention to this position. You
shall not engage yourself directly or indirectly, in any other work either paid or in the honorary capacity outside.

Working Hours & Leaves

The normal office observes a 5 day-week Monday through Friday and from 9.30 a.m. to 06.30 p.m., with 30 minutes
intermission for lunch. Sundays and Saturdays are observed as off days. However, being in the service business you are
expected to be on call 24 hours a day.

Leave policy will be guided by our Leave Policy as provided in the Employee Handbook.

An officer should apply to the Company in writing for annual leave at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of
commencement of leave. Sanction of such leave or any part thereof shall be solely at the discretion of the Company.

The Company may, solely at its discretion, require an Officer to avail to annual leave in either full or in part, at any time
convenient to the Company.

Notice Period & Termination

During the employment period, the services of any employee may be terminated by the company without any default or
any reason what so ever by giving a 90 working days notice or 90 days salary in lieu of the notice period If any employee
is willing to terminate the contract of employment or wants to disassociate with the Company he/she will have to give
90 days notice to the Company or 90 days salary in lieu of notice period.
Whichever of the above will be preferable for the interest of the Company subject to the discretion and satisfaction of
the Company.
Absence for a continuous period of ten days without information (including absence when leave though applied for but
finally not granted) would make you lose an employee’s lien on the service and the same shall automatically end without
any notice or intimation.

Past Records

This offer of appointment is given considering the facts/information provided by you in the application form. In case
any information is withheld or found to be incorrect, your appointment shall be deemed irregular. The Company can
terminate such employment without notice at any time, without prejudice to its right to take any other civil/criminal
action against you.

General Rules & Regulations

All staff members are bound to the Rules and Regulations of the company as detailed in the Employee Manual, in force
from time to time, including any amendments or variations thereto. It can be accessed at the company’s intranet.

Please indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing below and returning it immediately. The other copy is for your
records. Within three day of accepting the offer please send us the copy of your resignation letter accepted by your
current organization
