reviews. The website will also be responsive, ensuring a seamless experience
across devices.

Limitations:-
No Support for Property Sales: The system is strictly focused on rental properties and
does not support the buying or selling of properties.
Lack of Legal and Contract Management Features: The platform does not handle legal
services, rental agreements, or contract management. Users will need to handle these
aspects offline.
Limited Payment Integration: If included, payment functionalities may not support all
payment methods or currencies, potentially limiting transactions for some users.
Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Providing insights and analytics for property owners
to track views, inquiries, and rental trends for their listings.
Enhanced User Verification: Implementing a verification process for property owners and
renters to improve security and trust on the platform.
Virtual Tours and Video Uploads: Allowing property owners to upload virtual tours or
video walkthroughs to give renters a better view of the properties.
Rental Agreement Management: Adding functionality for users to create, sign, and
manage rental agreements digitally.
8. CONCLUSION
The housing rental website aims to simplify the process of finding and renting properties by
connecting property owners and potential tenants through an easy-to-use online platform. By
offering features such as property management, advanced search, and direct communication, the
website addresses the needs of renters and landlords while ensuring a responsive and user-friendly
experience. Although the initial version focuses on core functionalities, there is potential for future
enhancements to expand the system’s capabilities. Overall, the platform will provide an efficient
and modern solution for the rental market, making the rental process more accessible and
convenient for users.
