there is no moderation of user listings or communications by administrators.

 Dependence on Internet Connectivity: Users need a stable internet connection to access

and interact with the platform.

 Device Compatibility Limitations: Although the website is responsive, certain older

browsers or devices may not fully support all features.

7.1 Future Enhancements: -

In future how you improve your project.

 Integration of Online Payment Gateway: Adding a secure payment gateway to facilitate

rental payments and deposits directly through the platform.

 Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Providing insights and analytics for property owners

streamlined user experience and additional features, such as push notifications.

 Enhanced User Verification: Implementing a verification process for property owners and
renters to improve security and trust on the platform.

 Virtual Tours and Video Uploads: Allowing property owners to upload virtual tours or
video walkthroughs to give renters a better view of the properties.

 Rental Agreement Management: Adding functionality for users to create, sign, and
manage rental agreements digitally.

 Machine Learning-Based Recommendations: Using AI algorithms to suggest properties

to users based on their search history and preferences.
