3. Role of Manager in Employee Engagement (90 minutes)


a. Expectations from a Manager
b. Capability needed for a manager to deliver on the expectations
c. Role of HR to develop capability
d. Role of HR to ensure implementation by managers
e. Identify elements that may be good but do not engage employees

4. Create a plan to drive employee engagement through managers in your organization (20 minutes)
