Theoretical Framework

The researchers attempt to discover the link between green practices and

financial performance of street vendors. This study used the framework of the

relationship among green human capital, green logistics practices, green

competitiveness, social performance and financial performance as a reference in

creating extended version, considering new significant variables and showing how the

framework is reliable concept of green practices on the financial performance of Street

Vendors. Moreover, the relationship of latent variables was stablished, and these could

be used to serve as a basis for the conduction of other studies utilizing such factors.

The importance of this new framework is based on, but not limited to, the findings

revolving around green practices and financial performance. the successful

implementation of these green practices is driven by certain internal resources of

organization such as green human capital. However, there is a dearth of empirical

studies examining the influence of green human capital and GLPs on green

competitiveness, social performance and financial performance (Mensah, Y.A., Tang, L.

2020). This could also conceptualizes a theoretical framework that tests the effect of

green human capital and GLPs on green competitiveness, social performance and

financial performance. Our findings reveal that GLPs has significant influence on social

performance, financial performance and green competitiveness.

Conceptual Framework

The conceptual framework for the study's variables is shown in Figure 1. The

independent variable refers to green practices, while the dependent variable refers to

the Financial Performance of Street vendors. The independent variable Green Practices
authored by Kumar, P. & Aggarwal, B., (2022). The Green Practices categorized into

group of indicators namely: Green Food, Green Services, Green Energy Efficient, and

Practices. On the Other hand, for the dependent variable Financial Performance, the

researches adapted the study of Kazimoto, P. (2016). In this study, Financial

Performance is categorized into three indicators namely: Profitability, Liquidity, and

Sales Volume.

Independent Variable Dependent Variable

 Green Food  Profitability

 Green Services  Liquidity
 Green Energy Efficient  Sales Volume
 Practices
