    I. CALL TO ORDER

    Hon. Jessa Mae S. Besing called to order the special session of the Sangguniang
    Kabataan of Barangay 18 - Obrero, City of Butuan at 2:00 in the afternoon on December
    10, 2023 at the Barangay 18 - Obrero Session Hall, Brgy. 18 - Obrero, City of Butuan.

    II. OPENING PRAYER

    Hon. Ralph Christian B. Dela Peña commenced the meeting with heartfelt opening
    prayer.

    III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

    The presentation of the agenda was conducted by the SK Secretary, Ms. Aphryll A.
    Tuyor and Hon. Dorothy Eliza P. Borbon moved for the approval of calendar of business
    presented duly seconded by Hon. Dennis A. Alfon. There were no objections made hence
    the motion was approved.

    IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

    Hon. Jenefher A. Abao move to dispense with the reading of previous minutes and
    motioned for its approval and consideration. The motion was seconded by Hon. Larry C.
    Enao. The motion was approved.

    Agenda Highlights/Agreements
    Changing the Bank Signatories The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK council, has
    of Sangguniang Kabataan of approved the change in bank signatories for the Sangguniang
    Barangay 18 – Obrero, City of Kabataan of Barangay 18 - Obrero. The account (00033-
    Butuan 000043-5) is held at the Philippine Veterans Bank Butuan City

    proposed by Hon. Dela Peña and duly seconded by Hon.
    Borbon.

    The presiding officer adjourned the session at 4:30PM.
