OF AUGUST 2023 AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL

CALL TO ORDER
The session was called to order Punong Barangay Gil B. Estrobo at exactly 2:30 P.M.
followed by a prayer led by Kagawad Concepcion Pajanostan and the singing of the National
Anthem led by kagawad Marlon Bencito.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUOROM
The Secretary call the roll call all members were present. The Chair then declared the
presence of a quorum.
MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
No discussion was presented.
DISCUSSION
PB extend his greetings to the Council. He asked about what was the previous meeting
been agreed and the agenda, and it is being said and told to the council about the discussion
and concerned. PB open up for the preparation for the banderitas in barangay
