    Mob 9903996318 I am submitting certain proposals and addressing pending matters that can be readily modified
    & by you. These changes would provide relief to numerous passengers within Sealdah division.

    Mob 9836179618 1) It’s significantly required to change the rake link of train no. 31624(12.50PM) &
    31632(7.25PM) from RHA. Both the rakes are coming from Gede as 31748, 31754
    respectively. For this rake movement passengers from RHA to KYI are facing lots of
    General Secretary
    problems. I am requesting you to kindly change the link of 31632 first on a highly
    Shri Bodhisatya priority basis.
    Chakraborty 2) Restoration of Train no 31619, 31626 again which are not yet functional after Covid

    3) Moreover, it is worth noting that train 03140 operates as a galloping train between
    Ranaghat and Sealdah. However, due to the scheduling of several trains departing from
    Asst. Secretary
    Naihati and Barrackpore before it, train 03140 frequently experiences multiple stops.
    Shri Santanu Chakraborty This situation contradicts the intended purpose of a galloping train. As a solution, we

    & Naihati to Sealdah,
    Shri Tapas Sarkar 4) To mitigate the elevated risk of accidents, it is strongly advised that Ranaghat local
    Mob 9434722326 trains avoid utilizing MEMU rakes during peak hours and instead opt for EMU rakes.
    Despite multiple prior requests for this adjustment, certain trains such as 31614, 31616,
    Treasure 03140, and 31620 continue to operate with MEMU rakes alternatively.
    Sri Sanjib Bhattacharjee 5) Introduction of a New galloping RHA –Princep Ghat local from Ranaghat Junction at
    Mob 9679704897 peak hours like 8.22 AM from Ranaghat.
    I kindly urge you to take appropriate action regarding the points mentioned above,
    which will greatly benefit the passengers.
